Returns & Refund Policy
We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase if anything goes wrong. All we ask is that you return your purchase together with your order summary within 28 days by post. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage cost or if you want a replacement it will be processed with 3-5 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 28 days of delivery or those which are in unacceptable condition.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that we cannot process a refund for the Items bought via Deal sites. In order to get a refund of deal sites purchases, please contact the platform you purchased the item from.
Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for us to process returned item. Once we have processed your returned parcel into our system we will refund or arrange replacement of your order as quickly as we can. Please note that it can take up to 14 days in busy periods in order to process a refund or replacement.
For items purchased in multi-buy offers such as 3 for 2, buy one get one 50% off or free etc., you must return all items purchased under the offer for a full refund as we will not refund the part purchase.
If any of the items bought from us does not meet your High Standards then please contact us before leaving any Negative review. We will try our best to make you happy – either by replacing the Item or making the Full or Partial Refund (depending on nature of the problem).
For Change of Mind or Returns – please contact us on [email protected] to get a return authorisation reference and return the item within 14 days. Please include your name, Postcode, proof of purchase and reason for return in the email and returning package. All items returned must contain all original packaging and contents. No Return will be accepted after 14 days.
The Return Postage will be the Buyer’s responsibility.
We do not accept any responsibility if your return item is lost in the post. In order to keep yourself on a safe side, kindly keep proof of posting if you return the item. If you will not have proof of posting we will not issue a refund in case item is misplaced or lost.
Please be informed that we cannot accept any damaged, broken or unscrewed item for replacement or Refund. A product will only be accepted for exchange or refund if it is returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition. In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on used Jewellery, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery. In order to get a refund on unused jewellery or cosmetics items, you have to send the item back to us at your cost. If we are satisfied that they are not used then we will be happy to issue you with a full refund. However, we will not exchange or refund any item of body piercing, earrings or jewellery if we believe that the packaging has been opened or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We wish for you to be happy with your purchase however for ANY reason you are unhappy with your purchase then it can be sent back to us within 30 days. Return postage will have to be covered by the customer for the change of mind or not happy with the purchase or similar reason unless in the unlikely case of it being our fault then we will take full responsibly and pay for the postage cost. Please note if its damaged in transit then customer has to inform within 48 hours otherwise we will not be able to assist. Your return needs to be in the same condition delivered in, if the tags, labels and any accessories have been removed then we will not be able to accept your return. Fakurma has the right to refuse any items returned to us in a used or otherwise damaged condition or reported issues after 30 days. We do not accept returns for the used luggage. Any luggage damage after they have been used is not covered under Fakurma warranty. Please note, damage caused because of mishandling by buyer or third party is not covered under 30 days exchange or return and Fakurma does not take any responsibility of such damages.
We understand that sometimes orders are misplaced by postal services over which we have no control. If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time then please contact us within 90 days* so we can investigate the non-delivery of an order and arrange a refund or replacement (depends on the stock availability). If you are failed to report an item within the specified timescale (90days) then no refunds or replacement will be processed.
Please note if non-delivery is due to wrong address provided at the time of placing an order then we are unable to process a replacement unless the customer is willing to pay an additional postage. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
*90 days are counted from the date you placed of your order. If you purchased an item using voucher then 90 days will be counted from the date you redeemed your voucher.
